At Enfamil, the loyalty program is a key growth driver. Part of that loyalty program is the ability for parents to collect rebates for purchases made on Enfamil formula. In order to do this there is a complicated system of redemption requirements, receipt-scanning, and manual processes. I was tasked with distilling the current state of the system architecture so that we could evaluate where we needed to start to rebuild the process.
The diagram below is the output which resulted from the work sessions across internal and external partners to arrive at a clear view of our current state.
