Equifax: Internal Persona Builder Application

While I was at Equifax Workforce Solutions, the appetite for proto-personas grew a pace that was unsustainable for an individual to meet. In order to meet the needs of our internal customers, I worked in partnership with a UX Developer who was part of the Digital Strategy group of which I was a member.

The developer and I worked to create a system where we could input the key attributes for our proto-personas, and have an automatically generated PDF output of the persona. This allowed us to challenge assumptions about our personas through research efforts in a very rapid fashion, and informed the subsequent work we needed to do to validate whether or not our shared understanding about these personas was correct.

The design below is minimal by design, because the system is intended to be used rapidly to output a document that can be challenged.
